Happy New Year!!! It’s a new year with new opportunities and I am sure many resolutions! I am not sure about you, but 2020 was an interesting and sometime down-right painful year. But is that such a bad thing? Look back and let God show you all the wonderful things He has done you for; all the trails He gave you the strength for, and the countless opportunities we had to learn to surrender to Him and relay even more on His grace and mercy. I am have a challenge for all of those who claim His name in our lives. Let us now start 2021 with a list of resolutions to make ourselves better, but rather let us enter into 2021 humbly, seated at the foot of the Cross willing and ready to let God use us for His glory. I think we forget that so often. Glorfying God has absolutely nothing to do with all the things I can do or prove - I mean, if that was the case then I would not need a Savior to redeem me from my wretchedness. We must step out of God’s way, and submit our will and pride for the sake of God’s glory and the Gospel!! Praise be to God that He has provided me another day to breath air and another opportunity to share the glorious news of Christ’s resurrection and the gift of salvation!!! I know one of my goals for this year is to be a better mother; to speak Jesus into their lives everyday through my wide and actions. But this can only be accomplished through His redeeming grace. It is time to have an eternal outlook on our lives, and not just live in the here and now. Today will pass away, but eternity is right around the corner, and there are souls at stake!!! And for you mommies out there who feel like: “Sure that sounds great; but how in the world do I do that with all my babies to take care of too - and a house, and husband, and maybe a job, etc...
Here is a book I want to share with you that was gifted to me by a dear friend!!! it has really helped to adjust my perspective and expectations as a mommy.

Amen and Amen!!!
